El Deah
"Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out! Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor? Who has ever given to God, that God should repay them?"
Romans 11:33-35.
El Deah is the Hebrew name for the "God of knowledge". As I dive deeper into the study of God's names, questions arise in my mind. If I serve a God who can see my current situation, understands its intricacies, and already knows its outcome, then I have no reason to worry. I should only communicate with Him because He not only knows the outcome but also has the power to change it, correct? God is omnipresent, omniscient, and knows everything that will happen. He knows and sees all things.
When you are going through a difficult situation, imagine emerging victoriously, just as you have done before. God does not change. He has guided you through challenges in the past and will continue to do so every day of your life. This situation may appear more challenging than the last and may seem harder to handle, but you did not overcome the previous one alone. God saw you through it and will do so again. He remains unchanged. He is still capable of performing great things. Nothing is impossible for "El Deah". Know it, believe it, and rely on it.
So today, keep the faith that the unchanging God of yesterday, today, and tomorrow knows our situations and how to guide us through them together. All Knowing
